They were very helpful and answered any question I had. This is my first pet that I've owned on my own and so I was nervous for our first appointment. Very friendly and welcoming. Great experience!

Being somewhat new to the area I noticed Bear Creek Veterinary Care not far from where I live. When my Lab needing shots updated I made an appointment plus I noted that she had been limping and I thought it was because of her hip. Appointment day arrived and my girl was very relaxed when she met the staff although, upon x-raying the hip and knee, we discovered it's her knee. The staff discussed treatment and medication with me and I feel comfortable with their competence. I will be bringing my cats there as well.

Great responsiveness. Knowledgeable, professional and caring for my pet. While cost for veterinary care is sometimes more than medical care for humans, the staff seemed to be sensitive to those costs and proceeded accordingly.

Dear Anonymous, we are happy to resolve your pet's problem and identify the source. We know that veterinary care cost is somewhat relevant, we wish there was a medicare that would help for paying some of the cost like human, that is why human medicine is cheaper to the end user then veterinary care. Have you thought or looked into pet insurance?

We have several vets that are really close to where we live but prefer to drive 35 miles to get to Bear Creek Veterinary Care because of the professional and caring attitude of all the people veterinarians and staff. They will remain our first and only choice.

The whole experience from start to finish with our pup was incredible. All of the staff members were so polite, considerate, and so friendly to our pup Carly. After our first visit, we switched vets and all of our fur babies will be going here from now on!
