I have been coming to Broadway Chiropractic and Wellness for over 8 years. The service is awesome! Every time I walk through the doors, I am received with the warmest welcome and smiles, and I come weekly. They have the best Customer Service.
I have been Dr. Klein's patient for all of these years and I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and the wisdom he brings. He has healing hands. Whenever I have health issues/ pains unexpected, Dr. Klein makes it his business to help where he can. This is the only practice I can ever see myself coming to always! I loved Broadway Chiropractic and Wellness!

EV-ER-Y-ONE there is a a complete rock star. Everyone. From the moment you come in the energy and genuine niceness, makes you feel at home and taken care of. The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable and will find a way to help/heal you. They honestly really care, and I’ve found that to be rare in an NYC doctors office.

Dr. Klein's staff are such genuinely nice and accommodating people who prioritize your comfort and care. Dr. Klein himself is amazing with finding the best course of treatment for your issue and how to best manage it. I've never been to a chiropractor in my life before I injured my neck a few months ago. Dr. Klein fully explained the reasons for my pain, what my misalignment is affecting, and how to fix it in a way that was easy to understand. After only two days of treatment, I'm pain free for the first time in months. I still have a long way to go but I'm glad to have Dr. Klein on my side to help me. I will recommend Dr. Klein and his whole staff of specialists in a heartbeat to anyone who need a good chiropractor.

Alexandra and Dr. Klein thoroughly worked to diagnose the cause of my injury and treated and educated me so that I could recover from it. I am feeling so much better and can now perform maintenance at home to prevent another injury. Thanks to everyone at Broadway Chiropractic!!!

This place is truly amazing, from the professional and warm staff to the expert level of care, I don't know how I went to any other chiropractic office before! They have a comprehensive suite of providers - chiropractic, podiatry, physical therapy, massage therapy, medical, and more. It's a one-stop-shop for all of my needs which makes it super convenient for someone with a busy schedule. I can do my PT, get an adjustment, and see their medical team all in one visit. I got a personalized treatment plan that was fully transparent on what my recovery looked like. They are also very accommodating scheduling wise, I love getting the reminder/appointment confirmation texts. After my injury Dr. Klein and his team even reached out to check on me to see how my recovery was going and insured they would get me back to where I needed to be in no time, it was a really thoughtful touch. Overall highly recommend BCW if you are in the market for a new chiropractor and wellness care provider, I can't say enough good things about these guys!
