I seem to have last minute things that pop up versus the routine visits. You always do your best to fit me into the schedule and not give me grief about being late. Thank you (there are times when I need that).

Came in for a nail trim and some Revolution. The girls at the desk are wonderful, but they told me they could only sell me 3 doses of Revolution because my dog was due for his test in August, therefore I could not get the 2 free doses, they said it was a rule of the clinic. Well that's just nuts, what you think I'm not going to come in for my appt. if I have enough medicine. Being unemployed it is very hard to make ends meet but I ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING for my dog. I have never missed or skipped his appt. or his Revolution. So SHAME ON YOU BATTLEFIELD, what a ridiculous rule. Maybe you should have checked my track record and made an exception.

Excellent service by very caring staff as always.

My only dissatisfaction, which is at nearly every visit, is poor time management from the scheduling sense. I know it's hard to predict how complex visits may be from day to day, but EVERY time I have an appointment, I am never seen on time. I almost always have to wait a half hour or more beyond my actual appointment time before I am seen. The office would be perfect if yo could just research and make adjustments in the way in which appointments are scheduled and improve the flow in the office.

Ty was bought in throwing up liquid with hair in it for almost a week. We are glad that our Ty is OK and doing great after passing a stool with a lot of fur in it. I requested an x-ray to see if there was a blockage and there wasn't. But Dr. Mitchell wanted blood work too, that was over $200.00 dollars. We should have been told how much the blood work was going to cost. Blood work came back normal too. Ty was dehydrated and need sub-Q fluids. We were hit with a $482.00 bill that has put us in real trouble. We are seniors on a fixed income and I know you give us a discount, but that isn't enough with your high prices. This is tax time in Prince William. Next time instead of running our bill up so high, try simple things first like sub-Q fluids, x-rays to make sure of no blockage and laxatone for a day or so to see if she has a stool.

From the front desk to the vet tech Nick and Dr, Mitchell, I found my experience to be positive, informative and very caring. I was impressed by Dr. Mitchell's knowledge and the time she took examining SweetPea explaining as she proceeded.. Thank you!
