Everyone was terrific! Especially the guy who helped us pick our frames. The lady too. I mentioned something that bothered me to the receptionist, and she fixed it immediately. It's a beautiful peaceful office, and it feels good to be there.

Once again, the staff at Basin Eye Care went above and beyond to assist me with professional and timely service. Mona and Scott found the perfect pair of frames, knowing my style and specific needs. One day when I went to pay for the glasses, I tried to reach Basin Eye Care by 12 before lunch, I arrived right at 12 to see Scott leaving for lunch. He turned right around and let me in, showed me the frames he and Mona selected, going right into his lunch hour. Typical service from this business. Thank you, Basin Eye Care!
