I have very good insurance and this is the second time I have received a bill over 300 I personally believe it is due to them not billing my insurance (medical)_ for my glaucoma .

Had an overall pleasant experience here. Although about 4 people that work there are very snooty and rude. Maybe the doctor needs to take a better look at who he is hiring before welcoming them through the door.
Overall, not bad, but could definitely be better with a more personable, friendly and non judgmental staff. Saying all that, Alex at the front desk is a definite keeper. Dr, if you hire more people like her, more people WILL come back.
