I have no complaints--always nice and we feel great about the service provided. This is the first year (out of the 6years we've had this house) that we didn't have a mouse find it's way into the house during the cold winter months.

I would like the appointment to be made more than 24 hours in advance. I need to plan in my budget. I also need to know if I will be home to let the worker in the gate and to put away our dog. I think 4-5 days before the appointment would be better. The gentleman checked in with me when he arrived at 2:45 for a "after 2:30" appointment (the timing of his arrival was fine). He did not let me know when he had completed the task and was leaving, nor did he present me with any bill or invoice or anything stating what he had done and if he had noticed any problems or concerns. I would have thought a polite "All finished , sir. Everything looked great." comment would have been something you would have encouraged your people to do.

I asked for someone to call 30 minutes before arriving. I work graveyard and need the phone call to wake me up so I can let them in. They said they would be coming between 9-11. I was anticipating the call and at 9:15 when I went to my mail box there was a note on the door that he had already came? I really was wanting the inside sprayed because I have seen spiders. There was no phone call and I some how missed the person who came to my house.

Since Barrier has been doing quarterly pest control, I do not have spiders or their webs in my house and I like that. The staff is friendly and on time.
