I give the 4 star based only on the past visits. The most recent was disappointing, especially after spending more than ever before on my glasses.
The first girl that waited on me seemed unapproachable and didn't have enough time to take care of my needs, then I made changes and that seemed to bother her. I was skeptical at that point and thought that I should have gone somewhere else. With the cost of the glasses, even after insurance, I wasn't willing to spend any more money here. the second person, who i have dealt with the last couple years, came to help the first girl and made me feel a lot more comfortable. She took the time to explain the differences that my change will make on the lenses, which gave me the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. Not only that, but she made me feel welcome and happy to help. The first girl had me out on a limb, by myself, to make the decision. I have decided to continue using this facility, reluctantly and based solely on the second girl, but will need to keep a close eye on the service in the future.
