Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He explains everything he is doing during the exam and why he is doing it in a very courteous manner. The staff are well trained,

The ladies in the office are always very nice, pleasant and helpful. Dr Miller is the best, he is very thorough and extremely knowledgable. He explains everything clearly, so you can understand everything. I have recommended him to others and they feel the same way. I'm just thankful he chose Azle for his office or I may not of have had the pleasure of meeting him and his staff.

I usually can get an appointment within a few days of making a call or in the same day if its an emergency.

My recent experience at Azle Eye Care Associates was very good. One of my side pieces to my glasses broke off and I brought them in to repair a few weeks back and I had to wait for one customer ahead of me, but it wasn't a real long time and the waiting area is pleasant. They were able to make a temporary repair until my new glasses would come in however I was unable to find a frame that I liked at the time, but the staff person was very patient and kind and suggested I check back later they were expecting a new shipment. So when my temporary fix of my glasses wore off, I returned and on that day there was no wait time, I was taken care of immediately and there was no pressure to buy. She did another temporary repair on my glasses to hold until my new ones come in. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price is more than ones that advertise specials, but I have special lenses so that may be the issue somewhere else as well. Customer service is excellent and that is why I would recommend this office.

I scheduled appointment for the non-prescription contacts my appointment went very smmoth, right on time and not only that it was fun. They are a great buch of people and I highly recommend them for all your eye care.
