Even though I didn't have a scheduled appt Dr Engel and his staff worked me in twice in one day , once to evaluate the tooth and then after his last scheduled appt of the day he added me in to rebuild the cracked tooth and begin the crown process. Everything was explained thoroughly and the treatment was pain free.The insurance and billing options were also handled well. Friendly and attentive staff!
I am one of those people who dread going to the dentist. Just having a simple filling is something I really hate to do. Andy makes every experience in the dentist chair a very easy and painless time. He is always pleasant and very caring. Francie is always so nice and professional. I have recommended Andy for the last 8 years and will continue to do so as he is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 56 years..
