Fair, honest and detail oriented. It seems disappointingly rare to find these three traits together nowadays, but Bow and his staff are shining departures from the norm. I am continually impressed by the quality of service received at Siskiyou Import Services.
They take great care of our two cars and are always pleasant to talk to.
If you have an older car with dulled headlights, have them polish them up! It's like a whole new car when they're done with it! :) Worth every penny.

When I had to replace the Napa water pump on my Prius for the 4th time in 3 years, the only Ashland Auto Service Center Napa would work with was Siskiyou Imports. Although 2 of the first 3 pumps were installed under warranty, it clearly shouldn't have been a recurring issue.
Everyone at Siskiyou went above and beyond the call of duty to provide my car (and me!) with excellent, honest, knowledgeable and amiable service...from Bow, the owner who insisted a superior non-Napa replacement part be used, and Justin, the Service Manager who convinced Napa to cover the costs through their warranty program anyway, to Matt, their Assistant) who simply gave me a ride home!
You'll pay a bit more at Siskiyou...but it's worth the superior treatment you get! I'm confident this water pump is going to last!

I have been a long time client. I recently purchased a new to me 4runner. Siskiyou Imports went thru it and completed what I asked and gave me info on future repairs and order of importance. I don't know much about auto repairs but I have always had it explained well. I trust them completely. Plus, they cleaned my truck! A nice surprise! Go check them out. Ravyn.

I went to one other auto repair shop in Ashland about a year ago.When I got home from Siskiyou Auto, I compared the two bills of service. Yours was incredibly detailed, I feel like I know what you did on my car and why, along with what you recommended. The last place, not so much. You've gone a long way to make my car so much more driveable. I'll be back!

Very positive over a number of years now. Yesterday, Bow changing a headlight bulb turned into an information extravaganza (Bow knows a lot and is happy to share), an underhood inspection, and a very thorough polishing of all my windows. No charge for any of that, just for the bulb. All staff has been top-notch on every visit since 1996.
