Dr, Pinkerton has been very supportive of my dog & me. I respect her, her diagnoses, & her opinion, & feel confident in following her recommendations. The other personnel at Arlington Heights South are also very helpful & pleasant.

It was good, just disappointed thought Dr. Was to call me next day with results of 1 of 2 urine reports she indicated she would receive. Said the other would take 5 to 7 days to receive. Haven't heard anything as of today.

I was satisfied to find a veterinary clinic that would accept a walk in patient. Everywhere else wanted to make an appointment at least a week out. That doesn't seem like a good option when urgency is needed. The staff was professional and explained all the circumstances, came to a quick diagnosis, and treatment solution. Prices are fair and quoted upfront. For my needs that's all that is needed.

We had just brought home 2 baby beagle pups. It was around 5 p.m.. when we noticed one of the pups had a non-emergency problem I was able to get an appointment immediately! Thank you for seeing our pups right away!
