Over all my experiance was wonderful. I enjoyed that they were concerned for my pain tolerance, they were all very attentative.
The only negative comments that I have are...I was told how much my visit was going to be prior to me coming in, when checking in the receptionist wanted to charge me double what she initialy told what things were going to cost. I was in SHOCK! I couldn't believe my ears! Just the month prior she ran the numbers and procedures through my insurance to see what they would 'for sure' cover this way I could have an idea as to what exactly they would cover without a doubt. I was VERY upset, and I am still upset to the point where if they cannot be honest and know for sure what my insurance will cover and what they wont then I guess I should find somewhere that can. I just feel like I am being robbed of my money because they were just guessing numbers...and I quote "oh well I figued since your insurance is going to cover only XXX amount with this, I just assumed that is all they were going to cover with this other one." Yeah that just tells me that she didn't give a crap and didn't run it through my insurance and was just telling me numbers to rob me of my money.
