Dr was very informative and straight to the point about what my baby(dog) needed but not in a rude way. Staff and Front desk were helpful as well.

Waited too long for a tech, I finally popped my head out the door and asked if they were running late because I thought they forgot me and didn’t seem that busy. - they didn’t get records from our last vet (when I made the appt. I asked them to get the shot records, they did not). Consequently I waited another 10 minutes for that. So I waited close to 40 minutes to see the vet.
