No problem with the actual Senior Exam, except the enlarged spleen and liver did not show up in blood work. Perhaps there is an added test for this. Also, because her anal glands are a chronic problem, a note in her record could be added that whenever she is in the office for another reason, those anal glands should be expressed. No one can be expected to remember each animal's unique set of problems, so a notation in the file might help.
I guess you heard about Emily being in my car, and the Receptionist ignoring my requests to have a vet tech come to the front to take control of my other dog so that I could return to my car to retrieve Emily, who was stuck in the cargo area of my car. I believe that the resulting back injury may have happened on that day when I was juggling Sweetie Boy, to stay inside the office and at the same time, trying to save Emily outside in the warm car environment to re-leash her. She can take herself out of a halter, or collar unless it is the so called "choke" style. She was in the car without the choke chain or the leash, ready to escape into the parking lot. Yes,better planning, use the things that work on my part, for sure, but I surely needed help from the receptionist at that precise moment, for an extra set of hands. The young lady did not seem to understand how to handle the unpredictable.

Very scary & upsetting to go through what happened to Rowdy. Thank you AGH for everything that was done for our baby boy. He was in good hands the whole time.

As always, Dr. Wayne and his staff provided excellent FU care to our 5-month old puppy following his surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Wayne and his hospital.

Dr Wayne and Staff were great in helping me understand my dogs problem and explaining the options in a manner that I could understand. The care my dog has received has been top notch and I would highly recommend AGH to anyone.

We have been going to AGH since 1983, recently took Stryker in for neutering and normal tag/shots. everything went super ! he stayed over night and was fine in the AM. Unfortunately, over the yrs we have had to have some dog put down because of age or illness, Each time, it was done very professionally, they took care of everything and was as sad as we were. We love the Clinic Staff and the Drs

able to get an appointment the same day for a lesion on Maggie's nose. Remodeling in process however the wait to see the MD was very short and was given option for treatment. Call the next day to check on Maggie was very appreciated.
