Everyone was very caring and fit me in even though I had no appointment. I've been taking my dogs to Animal Clinic Del Rancho for almost 20 years and am very happy with them.

This has proven to be the best decision I have ever made regarding my dogs. By moving them to Animal Clinic Del Rancho and the incredible doctors and staff, I know their needs are being met, and so are mine! Everyone in the office is kind and compassionate. Thank you all so much.

Twiggy was VERY scared and upset to be at the vet, but the Veterinarian and her assistant were very patient and wonderful with her. She is feeling much better now and is a happy kitty!!

Wonderful clinic! The doctors and staff at Animal Clinic Del Rancho are very gentle and kind and help my cats feel safe and comfortable. They are very thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects of my pets health. My oldest cat is approaching 17 years old and going strong! I believe the excellent care she has received at Animal Clinic Del Rancho gets much of the credit.

I will continue to travel the 18 miles to their clinic for the excellent service and my peace of mind.

sooooooo nice and EXCELLENT customer service. the lady at the desk (desk manager I think) went ABOVE and beyond to help assist me with the dog food I needed that is ONLY carried in very few places in the valley. she ordered it and it was here the next day by noon & since I waited until the last minute and my 2 yorkies were totally out of food she gave me a good sized freezer bag of another dog food they had in stock to get by. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I previously went to another vet and will be going to this one from now on.

Visit for blood draw and urine specimen went extremely well. Samson was taken promptly and returned quickly. He seemed none the worse for his experience given how much he dislikes going to the vet.

Everyone is so fantastic. They're caring, attentive and so pleasant. They make me and Elaine feel comfortable and are always happy to see us, especially when Elaine is hurting. I strongly recommend going to Animal Clinic Del Rancho for all your pets needs.
