I took my dogs to Animal Medical Center of Redlands for the first time two days ago. I was very pleased with how the visit went. I was helped right away and my dogs saw the vet quickly. Dr. Burch was very nice and explained everything about my dogs' exams to me. It was nice to not have a long wait to see the doctor. Everyone who helped us during the visit was very nice. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center of Redlands and will definitely return.

Dr. Birch & superb staff are phenomenal with our cats. Three of our cats have had surgeries or birth defects that the doctors have helped extend their quality of their lives. We’ve been longtime clients because of the quality of care & compassion they have for all animals.

I was not informed ahead of time about the covid-19 procedures to follow. After I got my dog home, she cried out when I tried to pet her, and when I tried calling the office, no one would answer.

The coordinator was very kind . She had good knowledge about animals and the knew everything about the vaccines and plans. The doctor was also very kind and gave us some good advise.
