If not for the wait when I arrived I would have given a five star rating but the computers were down and I was there longer than I expected :/
However, the customer service was excellent. The receptionist were friendly. They called my dog's previous vet and asked for her records so they would know what vaccines my dog needed. They offered me an itamized report of all the services I had paid for instead of just a receipt.
The vet physician I saw before the doctor was great. She brought me paperwork on prices for what I could do for my dog in future prices to make sure her health stays in outstanding condition. She was also very friendly and I feel took a personal interest in me and my dog. She was really good with my dog.
The doctor asked a lot about my dog's past because this was the first time my dog had been seen there which made me feel like he was really interested in what she's been through and tried to get to know her situation as best he could. I love how this vet didn't make me feel like a bad owner for wanting my dog to be a mom one day. Most vets in the past have been quite negative about it. The doctor was also considerate of the fact I had my 2 year old with me and offered her crayons and paper.
The team as whole was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

My poor cat was in dire need of grooming services, and Amor Animal Hospital made the process easy. We dropped her off in the morning and were able to pick her back up, fully groomed and washed, in the early afternoon. I am so thankful for the wonderful, supportive staff for taking care of my matted furball with care and compassion.
