My Daughter had a wonderful experience.They were very kind and explained everything and made my daughter was relaxed .She was nervous to get Braces.Now she is Happy She got them.

I was very disappointed by on of the assistants. She was very rude and did not know what she was doing. She had to keep asking other assistants for help and kept doing it wrong. She seems to have no expierence so I do not understand why they are allowed to work there!

Very disappointed on your staff and orthodontist . was a patient for a while , had braces for 3years and they took them out so soon gave me a retainer with spring attach to them so teeth could move forward a little .I was seind by so many dentists so I can plan a bridge and they all said that I need braces why did I spend so many money on american dental when I could of gone else where and gotten better result my name is felix Rosario jr I spend 6000.00 no phone calls nore no refund im trying to find a way to sue if I have to .
