My overall experience with ADS was excellent. I was received promptly and waited no longer than a minute before my dental check-up and cleaning appointment was honored. They were careful, respectful, and straightforward. I was made aware of certain costs before I received the final bill, which was great, actually, even if said bills are bitter pills to swallow.
All covid-related health and safety measures were followed.

The hygienist was excellent. She did a great job and was gentle. However, the practice has some overly strict policies - they charge $10 per patient per visit to cover the cost of their PPE. Additionally their tardiness / missed appointment policy is extreme and expensive. The dentist came in for about 12 seconds.

The people at the front desk could be friendlier and look more professional. Laying back in their chairs makes them look like lazy employees.
