I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and no one even apologized or tried to smooth over the fact that I was waiting. Zero good customer service. I was told I had to have xrays even though I said I didn’t want them and was told it was “their right” to make me get them. The hygienist did not make me get X-rays - she was actually the only good part about this whole visit. I would recommend her. They also do not inform you prior to your visit about the $10 PPE fee they are charging now.

The Doctor and staff were great. My extraction was difficult and everyone was great, making sure I was ok.

I am very pleased with the 2 regular visits I’ve had with American Dental as well as my visit to their oral surgeon. 2 of my visits were less costly than originally quoted and the dentist surprised me by recommending cheaper options to services I thought I needed. I love the comprehensive plan that is laid out with the cost of each service. I was also thrilled with the job Chris did cleaning my teeth and addressing my gum issues. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care.

I got blisters on my lips the last 2x l was in for a denture fitting. It could be that I may be allergic to the medium used. Dr.Runkle and his staff were top notch every time I was there!
