My experience was horrendous. I came during my lunch hour for a routine cleaning and left without my teeth being cleaned. We spent a half hour doing X-rays and gum pocket checks where it was found there was one 5mm pocket. I was then told that we needed to do a deep cleaning which would have cost $110, with insurance, and when I refused, because I don’t have the budget for that at the moment, I was told that I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. It’s amazing to me that I couldn’t have gotten a regular cleaning that day, this just goes to show that you are not invested in your clients or their teeth. On top of this, the nurse continued to push for me to purchase a $120 electric toothbrush kit and when I said no she became aggressive and wouldn’t stop trying. This was an absolutely horrible experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will additionally tell anyone who will listen to STAY AWAY since they had absolutely no intention of cleaning my teeth that day and instead sell me products and high end, unnecessary dental procedures.

Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. The hygenist and dentist are thorogh with care and explaining potential treatments I may need to maintain my dental health. My appointments are on time and care is given efficiently.
