Staff were disorganized and unprofessional, throwing each other under the bus and talking down on the answering service. One of the staff members went into the bathroom and had a lengthy, loud conversation on the phone for a long time, leaving no one at the desk where people were waiting to be assisted. Dental assistant talked about how short staffed they were and how behind everyone was. Front desk person interrupted the cleaning to ask me to get out my insurance card. It was chaotic and unprofessional from start to finish.

Everyone starting from the reception was good n kind to me.
The dental assistant was so good and patient with me because I was nervous and later the Dentist came ,introduced himself in a friendly and professional way .all went well and before I realized the extraction was done n am good to go.thanks alot Dr for ua good work .

Always explains the procedure , very thorough and minimal discomfort
