I understand they want to catch up the financials due to COVID. PPE charge? has created since COVID to patients and insurance company with unclear rule and not included into the treatment services as opposed to insurance company statement. Certain copay was inadvertently? overcharged to patient which was not consistent to what office reported to the insurance, and it was not corrected in a timely manner after being identified as wrong by patient. Certain charge prior to service should have been mentioned and acknowledged by the patient clearly, instead the patient realized certain material, presumably better quality per the office though, is not covered by insurance after service completed and received/paid the bill. So, patient should be asking them to clarify the service /charge per insurance which is not easy for many. I would not comment on an issue I had with a different American Dental Solution office and technical matters here. I have been in this office for several years with no big issues and recently I have seen some issues that hope they improve to stay as reliable/friendly local dental care provider.

I was taken back for my appointment a few mins early and was taken care of right away. Room was clean and tools for appointment were taken right of package at that time so they were sterile and sitting out for any period of time.

Haven't been here in awhile and was awe struck by how PROFESSIONAL the Staff was (even in lieu of me running a little late!). The Hygenist Jamie was very PROFICIENT at her job, very pleasent, etc. (We laughed when I told her she spoke very quickly...BUT...was still easy to understand...lol) Dr. Chan was GREAT also in explaining everything clearly! In general the whole staff (including Carole and Lu Lu) were GREAT in working together to combine and minimize my trips ! Thank You Guys and Gals!

The staff was friendly and Jamie, my hygienist, was super nice and very good at her job. Her and the doctor talked to me about their process, what they were looking for and going to do, as well as answering all ny questions.
