Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I was pawned off to an apprentice which I understand cause they need hands on training but would have rather have an experienced person. The lady that does the cleaning is amazing!

I AM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE STUFF AT THE EXETER FACILITY. NOR, AM I PLEASE WITH THE CLEANING AND DISINFECTING EITHER.
