Love the staff at American Dental, they are highly efficient and knowledgable. The dentists and dental hygienists care about what they do and their work shows. I've been to many dentist offices and this one by far has one of the best people. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I find it absolutely absurd that you charge $10 per visit for you staffs PPE, yet, when I came to your office, your receptionist was wearing her mask BELOW her chin!

All the while walking around the office... why are we being charged for equipment that you normally wear??(except the receptionist)

I will start by saying Sarah, our hygienist was awesome! 5 stars for her!!! But upon entering the woman working the front desk was not wearing her mask properly. It was under her nose and over the course of the next 10 minutes while we waited her mask was moved to completely under her chin. This concerned me enough to clarify that the staff including hygienists were wearing masks. I had an extremely uneasy feeling all due to your front desk person. In this climate and being a health care establishment wouldn’t be a good idea to have her supervisor tell her to wear her mask correctly. She continues to check in several patients with only her mouth or chin covered.

I usually have a very good experience but, I found out that I would have to have extensive work done that would cost over $9000. I was given this information without much explanation The dentist came in after Brie took all of the xrays and she was very professional. Iwaited for the dentist who came in, did not even introduce herself to me, she looked and the xrays and turned to me an said that I needed to have all my teeth removed, that the dentures I had could not be repaired. She said I would need complete dentures after having all of my teeth removed. (this was quite frightening since Ihad no idea that this would be the result. When I went tothe front desk I was presented with the bill for the total amount. I was in shock and stood at the counter while she took care of other people. I asked a few questions and she gave me some minimal information. She was very nice, but I would have appreciated being able to sit down in a private place to go over the information. In general my experienes with American DEntal have been good but Im still tring to process the infomation, to figure out how to afford this, how long the whole process will take etc. I don't have much of a choicesine this has to be done but I hope that you might train your staff to deal with, what I feel is a huge challenge psychologically as well as financially. I hope that this was helpful to you, Im still trying to recover from the shock of what I need to have done. I need more explanation and will attempt to go to the office to speak tosomeone who can give me information.

I was somewhat bothered by the multiple dental chairs. It looked like Dr. Yen, my dentist, was working on more than one patient at a time, and I am used to a more old-fashioned arrangement where the dentist works on one patient at a time. I'd never heard of a "filling specialist" before, but apparently you have a team, who work on more than one patient at a time.

My last dentist, who operated in a somewhat depressed area, the Germantown section of Philadelphia, understood that I want to save money, so he extracted several teeth. I was expecting an extraction when I came to American Dental Solutions yesterday, My pain from my tooth was so bad that I went to the Emergency Room of Roxborough Hospital on Sunday, and the doctor there gave me penicillin. The pain in that tooth is greatly improved after taking the penicillin, and I am hoping that Dr. Yen is right and that the tooth can be saved. However, I think it might be good to get a second opinion. No sense in spending over $1,000 on a dead tooth.

I am hoping that the dentist I will see in Trappe has a lot of integrity.
