Dr. Chubb and her staff are truly the best dental place we have been to! They took the time to even send a get well card to my husband who had surgery(this shows they are actually listening to the patient beyond what the visit requires) Ive never had to have as much work done because of how my pregnancy affected my teeth... Dr. Chubb and her staff had the best bed side manner and kept the atmosphere light! :) We will recommend her to everyone.. They have earned our loyalty. They do business they way it is supposed to be done and truly care! So rare in this day and age!
First took kids & i was spoken to in a very condescending way by staff member. Called & spoke to Dr. Chubb & she agreed it was handled poorly, so I gave them another shot with me. Needed root canal, so afterward got temporary crown done, which took 3 hours then came off on the way home. Had to return the next day to have redone. Porcelain covered permanent crown was filed down in spot, which now shows metal. Upper tooth was knicked during initial service, because I heard and felt the drill make abrupt zip sound. She smoothed it, but acted as if she didn't remember it, when I asked.
Paid all in advance, but still received more charges. Still have pain in crown and she had my appointment canceled stating that my family should go somewhere else due to my being uncomfortable with her. Now I have to take HER problem to another dentist! Of course, she has never addressed my issues! Rude & unprofessional!!!
as with all of our patients, we appreciate the feedback. Generally, our office is not in the practice of debating a circumstance, as everybody is entitled to their opinion. However, with it being 9 months since your initial crown visit and this review, as well as you verbally stating several times that "you are doing everything in your power for you and your children to never step foot in this office again," we can't help but to defend our practice in saying there has been ample amount of time for your concerns to be addressed. Our office calls all patients the day after a crown is done to check on them, as well as at the crown delivery appointment. Therefore, how can we solve these issues you feel if we have not seen or heard from you in 9 months? Dr. Chubb and her staff take extreme pride not only in the dentistry that is performed but the relationships that are built between patient and team member. Quality of care and trust are two of our main concerns. We have received how you feel about our practice, and under the circumstances of how you feel and not wanting to make an appointment with us, we are confident that it is in you and your family's best interest to obtain dental services from another provider. We do wish you and you family well.
Dr. Chubb has been my dentist since 2004. Her staff always treats me like family. The service is outstanding!

My experience was great as always. Just one quick note....the dental hygenist was really nice, but a little rough during cleaning and floss. My mouth is really sore, which is very unusual after cleanings.
As always, the staff makes me feel like part of the family. Dr. Chubb is very patient and takes as much time as is necessary to resolve my concerns, to explain why, and to make suggestions as to resolution. They have up-to-date equipment, and I feel like I'm getting the best care possible.
The experience was overall good, but when patients are minors you should have a area for minors to receive care and their parents can be in room with them...
Worked at a great pace even though they were running behind a few minutes. I was very pleased with everything.
