My recent visit was somewhat lengthy, but work was performed efficiently and effectively without pain and without significant after effects. On the whole, "I'd rather be in Philadelphia," but this was a necessary experience.

I feel like a jerk because I forget the name of the assistant (denise?) but I have to say she was the absolute Best. I don't think I could have hand picked someone better. Not only was she constantly friendly and attentive she seemed totally caring about my comfort. I would go back just for her. That being said the doctor was awesome too with the same caring manner. The extra call back at night is a fantastic touch that would make me tell other people about him

I called Dr. Alterman over the Thanksgiving weekend with a broken tooth. He was prepared to come in that day to repair it, but it wasn't painful so I decided to wait until the following week. He insisted I call him back if it started to bother me. Fortunately the tooth had previously had a root canal and I was able to wait until the following week to have it fixed. When I did go in for my appointment, the staff was welcoming as always and Dr. Alterman diagnosed why the tooth broke and was able to repair it the same day. Later that evening he called my home to make find out how I was doing. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my dental work.

Always flexible, Dr. Alterman moved people around to fit me in for an 1 1/2 hour emergency.

Prompt, business-like and assured. The temporary cap preceding a crown was comfortable leaving me with no ill effects as I told Dr. Alterman when he called later in the day to check on me.
