I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time. The staff were all very nice and caring about their work. The Dr. was thorough and forthcoming with information about my dog. They were very helpful in getting me set up for additional needs.

The staff were all great! However, no one else in the :waiting room was masked and were loudly talking while I was coming and going. I'm 72 and a cancer survivor. You should offer masks to those who don't have them or have them wait outside..

The staff at Alta Vista was great. Very accommodating. I didn't have an appointment but my dog wasn't well and I needed to see them. They were able to fit me in and for that I am grateful. They always do their best to help clients and their animals. And always with a smile. I felt better and my dog felt better after our visit.
