Dr Stein and the staff were so good with our recently adopted, scared 8 month old puppy. She came out of the clinic happy even after a thorough exam and two shots. She also patiently answered my questions. Great experience!

Alpine was able to get an initial visit for all my pets on the same day and within a week of calling, amazing! The staff were helpful and welcoming. Alpine is much more conveniently located for me than my last vet clinic. I am happy to have found them.

Rocky (my dog) always receives great care at Alpine Hospital for Animals. The staff are professional and courteous. The veterinarians take the time to really understand how they can best help Rocky in his health care. A+!

I have been disappointed in my most recent experiences with Alpine after being a client for many years. When making an appointment online, I never heard anything as a follow up. When calling to try to make another appointment I was put on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. For the appointment itself, I waited in the car for over twenty minutes until someone came out to collect my dog. After they returned her, I waited another 20 minutes for the medication she needed. I was there for a routine appointment for over an hour (most of which was spent waiting on staff).

We love Alpine! They are considerate, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. They work with my dog, who doesn't really like the vet, and have rolled with the changes that COVID has set upon us. Thank you Alpine family!
