My water was forgotten and my service was behind and it then felt rushed.
I would have liked to have soaked for a bit before the pedi started.
It would also be nice if I were asked if my nail length was ok.

I love getting my hair styled here! All of the staff are welcoming and I have had services by several different stylists and it has always been well done. I had decided a totally new style for my last visit and the staff as well as Sophie were more excited than I was to see the outcome.
