My appointment started on time. I had a lovely breakfast across the street at the Goldenwest Cafe and was able to watch my car get its new tires. I was also able to have my alignment checked and adjusted. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I stopped by without an appointment ( Erika, daughter of customer James Zapalac - on file) yesterday after the major rain storm here. I was greeted by the manager ( Vince is his name
I believe) asking me how he could help.
I explained my tire pressure indicator was on and I was hoping they could check the tire pressure.
The manager said "Sure" and came out right then
and there and checked the pressure.
One tire was lower than should be and they then found it was punctured and they repaired it rright then on the spot - Excellent customer service!
The manager is efficient and always has a great
attitude. He let me know that due to the heavy rains he had already had 20 people come in needing tire repairs - and even after helping all of them he was cheerful and happy to help me.
