Absolutely effortless. I drove in asked Keith to check my tires to see if I needed to replace them and to get an estimate. Within minutes I got a quote asked if I could bring it in on Monday and Monday morning I was there left my car while I did an errand when I came back car was ready and away I went. Can't do better than that. I'm going through some medical problems and I only wish the medical offices could be as efficient. Thanks for the great service. Joan

My appointment to get new tires was for 9 am. It took approx. 1 hr 30 min for 4 new tires and an alignment. The one person I spoke to was nice. What would have made it better was faster service.

I got there at 7:50 , the opener arrived at 8:10. He wasn't very professional. They had ordered a tire and all I needed was to go back and they would replace it. Luis said I'll have to see if it came in.I stood in the lobay for 15 minutes and I finally went up to him and asked if the tireader came in. He said yes..one hour later I was done...I will not return unless the manager Keith is there.. at least not on Saturday .
