I am always satisfied with the customer service Allen Tire provides. My latest visit was no exception.
I was in a pinch as our older Suburban came down with a flat. I called them at around 2:45pm on Saturday and they advised they closed at 4 pm; but advised that if I got there by 3pm they would fix the flat.
Low and behold that's exactly what they did and I have the car back up and running with a repair to the tire by 3:45pm before they closed. Awesome to have that quick of a response time and know is was done correctly.
They are courteous, professional. fair and prompt. There a company I and my family have placed out trust in
and have Never been disappointed.
They are supportive of the community and very flexible is accommodating the Customers needs and requests.
