The representatives who work here are absolute crap. The alignment specialist has no clue what he's doing. He left my lower a-arm mounting bolts loose after performing an alignment on my truck. Kevin the manager made up excuses and feed me a load of BS in regards to their inability to do the work correct. I would say fire both of them and get someone who acually knows what there doing. I will be contacting corporate regarding this because they have me my truck back in a seriously compromised condition. Unethical and no work ethic. This location sucks and needs to be restaffed.

I love Allen tires, I feel like a "member" of Allen tires, once you bought tires from them you can always go back for your rotation is I added an oil change this visit, got it all done in one visit and the girl even drove me home I waited for a couple hours

Carlos and Kevin were very helpful and professional. We shopped around for the best price for 4 tires and Allen was the best deal by far. They were able to change my tires the same day, which was extremely important since it was an emergency. I will definitely be using Allen Tires in the future for all four of our family vehicles. In fact, my company is thinking about switching over to Allen Tires for our truck fleet's tire needs. I highly recommend!
