I was refereed to the shop by Bobby, and had nothing but great things to hear. Daniel was great at communicating the problems with my car with me, but Luis was very difficult to work with and made me leave with a feeling of never wanting to come back. My car had a very lengthy list of repairs, and although they were done, my customer satisfaction and the blame for several issues that were not going on before the car being delivered to the shop were disappointing.

Walked out of America's Tire Depot due to lack of selection and poor customer service.
Was greeted and helped promptly at Allen Tire, where they helped me choose tires and got them on my car within a couple of hours. They were even honest and told me that I didn't need the alignment that I thought I would need.
I'm really glad I chose Allen Tire and I look forward to coming back for oil changes and tires in the future. Going forward, I would absolutely recommend them over competitors in the area - They know what they're doing, their prices are reasonable, and their service was honest and quick!
