Excellent! Fast & efficient. Had time to zip home & bring 2nd vehicle to be serviced. Staff is courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They seem to love what they do.

Emmanuel takes great care of us and all the mechanics take excellent care of our 2 BMW vehicles and a Lexus suv ! Have been going to aarrow for many years and always excellent service!

Steve and Emmanuel and their staff are outstanding. Just great, timely, and professional communication coupled with technical expertise make any experience with Aarrow a good one. Aarrow's prices are fair and the culture of the organization is centered in honesty and integrity without any of the underlying overselling or pressure on their customers that permeate in some repair shops. I just really respect how this business operates and will certainly remain a loyal customer for as long as this culture persists!

Not satisfactory. I was recommended to this business by a coworker. The first time I went here to have work done I had an inspection and some other work done. I got home and realized I was charged for an inspection,, however there was no new inspection sticker on my car. I had to make an additional trip to the shop to get the sticker put on my windshield. Also, there was a bungee strap and some old parts from the work left under the hood. I returned the bungee cord and didn’t get upset. The business had loaned me a car, albeit, not a nice car but I didn’t have to pay and Emmanuel was very accommodating to help me. He was also extremely upset that the inspection sticker had not been out in my windshield and that the extra stuff had been left under the hood.

The second time I took my car was for a simple oil change. I was promised if I left my car the night before it would be first the next morning. I waited until later in the morning and called. Steve said they had just brought it out of the bay. I asked for a cabin filter and engine filter to also be put on the car. Steve called a few minutes later and said it was ready. I picked up the car and paid the fee. As soon as I turned onto Midlothian Tpk and hit the gas the car hesitated badly. I thought maybe it was just getting used to a new filter. When I got to a stop light it cut out. Finally got it started at a very dangerous hill in Midlothian Turnpike and got it into the parking lot at Walmart. Called Steve. His recommendation was to TURN AROUND AND COME BACK TO THE SHOP. I had just explained to him that it stopped ion me on a hill in Midlothian. Thankful that my husband was following me. The mechanic had not fastened the hose to the housing on the engine which regulates the air flow. My husband fixed this. I called Steve after I got home and all he said was he was sorry. He suggested that I wanted reimbursement and that is why I complained. I was insulted. What would have been satisfying would have been when I called at Walmart he offered to send someone there to check out what was happening.

I will not be back. They lost my confidence and my business. It wasn’t that I want something for nothing. He should have offered a solution and this scares me. Steve needs some customer service lessons. I see that this shop only thinks about the money. And the mechanics may be goi but are evidently rushed.
