I have a complaint I must get off my chest. I always take 7 oclock appointments as I want to miss minimal work hours. I like your reminder systems but I get an e-mail, text, etc. etc. to make sure I am on time for my appointment. Then I arrive on time and I have to wait 5 to 10 mintues for you to have a staff meeting. Either tell me to arrive at 7:10 or get your staff meetings done on your own time and not mine. I am not the only one that feels this way. Almost everyone I see in the waiting room makes a comment similiar to - they schedule the staff meeting so why not schedule it for 6:45 or 6:50 on their own time and not mine! I whole heartedly agree. I don't make an appointment with a client and then leave my front desk empty with a note I am having a meeting and I will get to you shortly! Makes a great first impression.
Great staff and always positive. Soothing environment. I hate going to the dentist and this team makes it a tolerable experience. Great team and great place!
