After being a customer for years, and as a Charlotte native with deep and broad network, I may never return to the Metropolitan location of Modern and will inform my network of the serious lack of professionalism, tact and customer service skills of its current manager, Kelly. She even tried to dishonor a coupon already discussed and scheduled in order to squeeze out a little more money. The prior manager, Katie, who has moved to the Hearst Tower location, kept the Metro location a class act. No longer. Be warned.
Always such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I get my hair cut and colored here regularly and am always 100% satisfied!
