Lovett Dental - Humble

Treated my three year old well. However, I believe that the sedation juice is too strong for children. For hours my child could not walk right, was talking slurred, and was even hallucinating. Maybe something less strong should be used.

Love it Ortho suggest that I have front bottom tooth pulled and he promised he would close it ASAP along with front gap and he did just that. Had braces for 2 months and both gaps r closing. Staff is learning but Doc is good about teaching. All are friendly, service is quick and gentle. Doc An has made good on his promises with me. Love it

I just recently changed my one year old son dental provider over to Lovett Dental, and I appreciated their kind service at the Humble location. That makes me a happy mom for making a great pick!

Appointment was at 4pm, didnt get seen until 4:45pm. Once finally called back for the procedure, sat there and watch the dentist see other patients (some walk-ins) instead of completing the procedure we were scheduled for.
During the procedure, my daughter was repeatedly called by the wrong name, informed the dentist that it hurt and was told that it was just pressure she was feeling not pain. Please note that my daughter does not complain of pain, has always been an excellent patient and was told repeatedly that if she felt pain to inform them, but her complaints of pain were ignored.
To me, it felt that the procedure was rushed due to the previous appointments being delayed and proper patient care was not utilized in this situation.
This was our third visit to the dental office and will be the last. After continual poor customer service, poor patient care and long waits, I have concluded that this is not the dental provider for us.

My appointment was at 9 AM. I was the first appointment of the day yet I still waited an hour and a half before being seen. When I asked the receptionists if she could check as to the status of how much longer it would be, she simply said she would check on it and I still waited another half hour before I was seen. The proper thing would have been to inform me as to the status of my appointment. But on the other hand, they were able to squeeze me in later that same day for another procedure which I am thankful for since it saved me from taking off another day of work.

It was a great vist the doctor was very nice.

They are kind, and very patient.
They work great with babies.

My teeth was all ways fine and in good condition, but I wanted to have an over bite because I wanted a better smile. I came to Lovett Dental for my braces and I was told that because I really don't have any major problems or issues with my teeth, I will only have the braces on for one year. As I am writing this review right now, the braces are still on, and its now 2 years and counting. In the beginning he kept telling me how great my teeth was responding to the adjustment and we are right on track, then almost a year in he stopped ajusting my teeth when I go, and I say that because when I go for my appointment he will tell me that he is going to do something new the next time and he does not do it and the assistant would remind him of it and he still does not do what he says he will do. So to me he was purposely delaying my braces coming off. Now its 2 years later and I am extremely unhappy with the result and outcome of the whole treatment and my husband is extremely upset and disapointed. I have went to a different Orthodontist and they have confirmed my suspicions. I can no longer trust Lovett Dental as my family dentist and I am going to finish my treatment somewhere else. This will not be the end of it... I will post my review on google search reviews later too as well as any other place I can find

Not only was the wait ridiculous, they pulled the 4pm appointment in front of our 3pm appt (mind you it was 3:30 already) just because the lady complained!! Then I heard the whole conplaints and the front desk tried to lie about it to me when I complained. First time customer who will NEVER return! Not to mention the dentist was rude as can be!!!

The Dentist and staff did an excellent job of explaining things and work!
