Been going to Louetta Automotive for over 4 years, always happy with their service and professionalism.
Worse ever experience at a auto repair facility in my life. Their Service representation Ron Walker advise me to change my oil and fluids upon inspection of my vehicle. My vehicle was running great with the exception on a minor oil leak. I approved the services and picked up my vehicle 2 days later. One such service involved an oil change. Within 3 hours of picking up my vehicle (I only drove it about 34 miles, my engine started making pinging sounds, so I immediately stopped it on I-45 N, a busy Houston freeway and had my vehicle towed back to Louetta Automotive. The next day when I spoke to Mr. Walker to express my discontent and assertion that their service affected my vehicle's performance, he said that he was ABSOLUTELY sure that the oil change did not have anything to do with the engine problems. I said that my engine problem after taking my vehicle to their facility was "one hell of a coincidence." At that point he got very rude, said I was disrespecful to him for using the word hell, and was very short with me. I have 3 vehicles that I service at Louetta Automotive and I have been dealing with them for more that 10 years. I have never experienced such a rude, unqualified and unprofessional person that worked for a auto repair facility in my whole life. I am not certain if they will accept responsibility for my vehicle problem, but Mr. Walker's atttitude was the worse, and the conversation ended by him hanging up on me. I did not cuss him, raise my voice or threaten him. Perhaps he had a bad day at home or his dog died or something, but a professional should never treat his customers like poo-poo regardless of the personal problems that he may be having at home. I will write more when or if this issue with my vehicle gets resolved!
I went in to have my oil changed. As I was leaving, I was told that there was transmission oil covering the transmission pan and that I should take my car to the dealer and have it checked out. I did and the next day was told by the dealer that it was NOT transmission oil, but motor oil. Also that the oil came from the oil filter, which had not been fully tightened. The dealer, at no charge to me, cleaned off all the oil and even added a little motor oil to assure that the oil sump was fully topped off.
Makes me wonder - should I come back to you for my next oil change, or take it to the dealer? What would you suggest?

It did take a while, because they didn't have the bulbs for my Volvo in stock , but the staff was great. The manager went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I didn't mind waiting at all. Thank you Louetta automotive ! I'm definitely going back ! :)
Awesome! Ron Walker was so helpful and we have more cars and plan on using them for any maintenance issues because they were quick, honest and made it easy to get a ride after car dropped off.
The service was very good and the folks there were very polite and professional. Everytime I have a problem with my vehicle I take it to them and I am NEVER disappointed. They do a great job.
As my first service with L.A., I must say that the customer service was amazing! I was impressed that all instructions I requested with my vehicle were followed as far as I know.
