I had called earlier in April to change my appt. date and discuss if this appt. was going to be covered by my insurance with no money out of my pocket. I was assured that it would be covered. To my surprise Mindy hit me with a 50 dollar bill. I cannot afford any additional bills at this time and this really pissed me off.

I will not go back there. My teeth are much worse then before you guys started fixing them.I don't know what I am going to do now, you have taken all my money and ruined my teeth. Now I have to find someone to fix them.

Woke up this morning with very sore jaw and cold sores all over the corners of my mouth because of how rough the dentist was with my lips, tearing them at the corners. Very painful.

I had a temporary crown put on yesterday from Dr. Jepsen and it was a good appointment. The staff was very nice. They are very good in servicing their patients.
My hygienist was very considerate by asking if I was comfortable and how I was doing.
