Very Professional and fun at the same time. I love the great attitude the staff has and the way they treat my son while I am being checked. They error on the side of caution and check everything professionally and thoroughly. Great place I have been going there for years, decided to switch to someone closer and found that to be a bad decision because the care was far less so I switched back and make the drive anyway.

For 17 years our family has been going to Dr. Goodheart. It's unanimous that he's wonderful! When both of our children went to college, married and moved back to Kansas City, they went right back to him. Both started their toddlers with him (great with children!). Even after they moved away again, when they come for a visit, they take the children in to have a check-up/cleaning. The grandchildren have no fear of him, and love him too! (Not common with dentists!)
He's gentle (and a kind gentleman!), thorough and conscientous, and knows his craft. His assistants and hygienists also do great jobs. The office staff are competent and make huge efforts to accommodate. Over the years we've learned that they actually function as a very large family in that office, and regard each other as such. A huge sign of a competently run business that all stems from Dr. Goodheart.

Everyone in the office is courteous, friendly, and smiling----which makes for a good atmosphere in a dentist's office since most people are a little nervous coming in. I always feel confident in my care and the information given. I picked this office when my dentist retired based on recommendations from two different co-workers, plus it was close to my work location. I have since retired and the location is not as convenient as before, but I wouldn't go anywhere else because of my confidence in the care I receive.
