Gentle Dental of Wellington

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but the staff made me feel welcomed and helped me relax. I am looking forward to my next visit. :)

When I went to the dentist I told him I had to have all my work done in a 6 weeks because I was going to be out of the country for 5 month. They did the impressions and I have been waiting 27 days for 2 crowns and partial to get back to the dentist. Of course they make you pay up front. Everytime I call they tell me they will let me know when they get in. I have 6 business days left before I go and I know this will not get done on time. Mean while I will get to spend the summer with missing front teeth and temp crowns that are only meant to spend a week or two in your mouth. While this mostly the lab fault the office is doing nothing to even find out the problem is.

I can't begin to tell you that you and your employees are the best that I have ever found in a Dental office and I am old enough to know.

For example the hygenist named Jean was so kind but also inteligent and the best cleaning that I have ever had and I have had many.

The dentist Dr. Engleberg and his assistant were so helpful and professional with my husbands problem as he has Alzhiemers disease.

The front desk did everything to find appointments that were easy for us.

I am sorry that we can't take you back to New Hampshire.

As like most poeple I'm not thrilled to have anything done to my teeth or mouth area. Its usually associated with needles and pain! I just wanted to say a few words to aknowledge one of the members of your staff, Jean Crawford. Jean was very Proffesional and is extreamly knoledgable in her field. She answered the questions that I had with confidence. Jean has a very pleasent demeanor and she helped turned a normaly unpleasent experiance into a pleasent one. I just wanted to say thanks!

I have needed dental attention for quite a while. Gental Dental helped me put together a plan for all the work as well as a financing program that I could live with. All the staff has been extremely kind and helpful, and the service has been better than I ever expected. No unnecessary procedures. Just an honest evaluation with the proper work being addressed.
