European Wax Center - Gilbert/Mesa at Dana Park

I love European Wax Center at Dana Park, Mesa. Everyone is so nice and I am in and out super quickly! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The only issue I have with my visits is that most of the time I have to wait past my appointment time to get in. I always show up at least 5 minutes early to be prompt but usually end up waiting about 10 minutes past appointment time. Where that does get annoying, they make up for it. The girls in front always greet me as I walk in, and my favorite waxer, Mary, never fails to make me feel as comfortable as possible while I get the most awkward wax, the full Brazilian. She is fast and thorough. Overall I wouldn't go anywhere else to get waxed.

I loved the very upscale and clean front reception area, which included plenty of seating considering how small it was, along with product samples. My wax specialist was perfectly on time and welcomed me humbly. The whole experience was fast and efficient. Every detail of the process thoroughly explained to me without missing a beat. No awkward convo, which is essential on your first waxing ever. I felt very respected and informed, and all of the staff carried themselves with a true sense of professionalism. I absolutely love European Wax Center! It's clean, professional and detail oriented. They explain the reasons for each step in the waxing process and do a great job. Love my waxer (Mary) she is friendly and informative. Definately will be back!

I loved that they could take me right away. I also loved that they didn't try too hard to sell me anything else and just let me be with the one service I wanted. I cannot stand pushy salespeople!! so thank you for not being one of them.

This was my first Brazilian it was a little less modest than I expected but once you think about it theres not modesty about a Brazilian wax! My Esthetician brought comfort and a professional atmosphere, very informative and nice. I will definitely recommend European wax center to my friends and will be back!

My wax expert suggested that those of us who have been waxing for years, shouldn't be charged full price. Hopefully something will be done about that.
