My recent visit was replacing rear shocks but a warranty repair was also completed on something that was done last year that started making the same noise again that added no extra cost.

Very honest and great service
I took my car to another shop for repair and had to take it back a second time as the problem didn't get fixed. After the second visit, I was still experiencing the same issue, so I went to Eagle. I was frustrated and had paid (twice) to have the problem fixed so I was dreading taking the car in again. Brian was very professional and understanding. He didn't say anything negative about the other mechanic, just explained what the issue was and what my options were to repair. My car runs so much better now and I finally feel relief that the problem was taken care of correctly. Thank you very much for being so thorough, courteous and professional. You are great at what you do! :)
I came in to have my rear suspension checked out. Eagle was honest with me and told me it wasn't necessary to replace my struts as of this time. I appreciated the honesty.
I am never disappointed at Eagle! I brought my car in because it was making a noise in the cold weather...they looked at it, didn't find the noise, but deglazed a belt to see if that would help. I was not charged for this sweet act of goodwill. I am a regular customer at Eagle and will not take my car to any other service shop. They help me keep my car in great working order. I can't recommend them enough!
