When my engine light came on, I panicked. I remembered seeing Dave's on my way to work. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Michelle said she'd work me in, and Dave himself gave me a ride to work.
Sadly my 10 year old car has visited Dave's a lot recently however I always feel confident in the work and appreciate the personal customer service

Appointment setting was quick. Estimate was thorough with photos! Approved work done on time as promised. Love the email tracking system. No surprises at check out. Pricing is very competitive.
I am a repeat customer because I am treated well at the first phone call, in the shop, at the register, all the way through walking out the door. The front desk staff are personable, knowledgeable, and take the time to discuss the services they provide before moving forward. You will notice when you call that you are greeted, not just answered.

Oil change and an inspection cost half as much as the other guys and had it done real fast.
