Service rep (Rob) was very courteous and helpful explaining their diagnosis and repair plan. He identified discounts available to me and also compared prices with me for rebuilt parts vs. new etc. Coastland performed all of the repairs I asked for without performing "surprise" repairs.

My MGB roadster was having a starter problem, and I had it towed in Monday AM May 6th. It hasn't left your building yet as they are still working on it. It is a long story.

Prior work down on my wife's Kia sedan over a month ago, the body shop did a fantastic job in the 6 weeks we were without it. We have high praises for that dept.

My Vehicle is still there. It is still being worked on, and I'm frustrated not being able to drive my little roadster.
Last month My wife had her 2109 Kia EX worked on in the body shop and it took a little over six weeks to have the whole front portion of the vehicle replaced, mainly due to having 3 different shipments of after market part replacements to fit properly. But the wife and I were very satisfied with the excellent job they did. A real professional job.

My truck stopped and required a tow. Tow truck driver was very nice, friendly and provided prompt service. The truck was diagnosed with a torque converter/transmission problem. A cost and time of delivery was provided ad the work was completed on time and at the cost. Nothing better than people doing what they say and when they are going to do it

Our experience at your shop was excellent. All ore needs were met and good advice was given when we were deciding what to do.
