I was pleased with my treatment. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and the service was excellent.

I had a new patient appointment. Everything went as I expected. They said I need a deep cleaning, but the soonest they can even start on it is two months from now. They should hire another hygenist if it takes two months to get teeth cleaned.

The cleaning session felt rushed & not up to standards.

i had my 6 month cleaning with renee i know she is from the suntree office, i must say my experience of this cleaning was very good. she needs to transfer to palm bay office. she is very considerate of the needs and concerns of the patient, she makes sure you are not in any pain, i like the fact that she used the cleaning tool with the water to me that makes it more efficient and the cleaning faster, i feel when the tools used in just scraping and picking at the tartar makes it more painful. the only thing i would like to see is when you need to rinse i would like to be able to have warm water used because those with a lot of sensitivity are then subjected to a very painful rinse. so kudo's to renee for a great cleaning.

relaxing experience for me for a first time

First we waited 1 hour 30 minutes to be seen, then wants Austin was in the chair, he cleaning went so fast, as you seemed to be in a hurry he was hurting and didnt seem as the hygentist cared. Then when the cleaning was over I the mother proceded to go back and was told he would be refered to a orthodontist and not explained why until i asked question and then the hygentist was RUDE, this is the worst expweience we have ever had at this location normally we both leave very pleased with all services here. We hope in the next appointment that it is a better service.
