They had a new doc when I went in. He showed me where I had some bone loss and showed me where I had a couple of cavities. He explained everything so that it made sense and so I'm going through with the treatment. He seemed to genuinely care about me and not just the money, which is a change. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the technology could be better and I like having a TV while waiting.

I was examined and told I needed a special root scale cleaning. I had "pockets" and bone loss from my last appointment 6 mos. ago. It was $133 per quadrant. It didn't make sense to me so I went for a second opinion. The other dentist told me I had no bone loss or pockets and just needed a regular cleaning.

Todays experience was not good.
The girl cleaning was mumbling and her english was unfortunately hard to understand. She seemed dis organised and left the room multiple times with the latex gloves on. Not sure if she handled something else while she was out of the room. The cleaning was not very good. My teeth are very tight and she gave up on many teeth while flossing.

overall, I am very pleased with this office. However, my appt. was for noon and I wasn't taken back until about 12:30pm.
