My wife called me while I was at work because she couldn't get the car started. We thought it sounded like a dead battery. Rather than call AAA and wait a while for someone to show (She had all the kids in the car too!) she called Christian Brothers and one of the guys drove over to the school where she was, jump started our car, and then immediately changed out the battery for her back at the shop! Great customer service!

While I went in with the highest of hopes due to the reviews on the web adn the Christian ethic, I was disapointed. I left the car on Thursday night for an 8 am Friday appointment. They didn't call me on Friday - I had to call them at 4:30 only to find that they had to order a radiator that wouldn't be in until Monday, and of course, they are closed on the weekend. On Monday afternoon after I had already returned my rental car, I stopped by at lunchtime only to find out they claim the wrong part was in the box and they had to reorder. That reorder came in a with a wrong hose or something and I think they were short a mechanic or two. The cost of the radiator was $360 I got quotes from Advance Auto for $148 and could find it on line for $148 for OEM as well, so I feel I was grossly overcharged. I got an oil change I didn't ask for as well when all I thought they were doing was degreasing the undercarriage to determine the source of an oil leak. My oil had just been changed 1 month ago at another facility. As soon as I got home, the car began again spewing antifreeze all over the place. We determined that the hose to the overflow tank must have been leaned on and broken the nib off the tank leaving it stuck inside the hose. The entire reservoir now has to be replaced and I'm having it done at another facility. I'm sorry, but I won't go back. Other than that, the folks were friendly and the facility is nice.
They found my problem, and kept me informed. There were no surprises at the end.
My last visit was great. Work on the car was top notch as it all ways is. Great bunch of guys to talk to and work with. They go above and beyond. They are the most honest shop I have dealt with since moving to Newnan. I have had nothing but good experience s every time they have done work on my cars. I really can't say enough except that will be the ones to work on ally cars.
